initial registration schedule.
Changes to Enrollment
If you are unable to attend Summer Session 2008 or any of the courses
for which you have registered, you are responsible for dropping classes
by May 20 for Mini-Term, June 10 for First Term, and July 15 for Second
Term in order to receive a full refund or not owe registration fees.
Remember!!! Once you register, you are liable
for all tuition incurred. If you fail to pay fees according
to the due dates established: (a) your enrollment will be cancelled,
(b) you will be assessed a $75 no-show fee, (c) a hold will be placed
on your records, and (d) you will not be able to register for subsequent
semesters or official transcripts will not be issued until you have cleared
your obligations with the Cashier’s
Office. Don't forget! If you fail to DROP classes by published term deadlines,
you will be responsible for paying the $75 no-show fee.
Confirming Classes
Dropped After Late Registration
When dropping a class, you will be given confirmation on ePAWS indicating
the transaction was successfully completed. Print the confirmation page
for your records!
Since classes dropped after the second day of instruction appear on your
transcript with a grade of “W,” these dropped classes will
still be listed when confirming current enrollment in ePAWS. Therefore,
when dropping a class after late registration, it is important that you
receive a confirmation message indicating a successful drop and your
transactions are correctly terminated. Print the confirmation page for
your records. Note: Classes dropped by the end of the second day of instruction
do not appear on your transcript.
Registration Worksheet
Fill out your registration worksheet before using the ePAWS
system. Verify that the correct call numbers are listed on your worksheet.
Fee
Holds
Fee holds are outstanding financial obligations to the University.
You must clear all fee holds before you can register or request official
transcripts. Clear your account at the Cashier's Office, (775) 784-6915.
