1. 2008 Summer Session Registration Form. This application is only necessary if you did not attend the 2008 Spring Semester or have not been admitted for the 2008 Fall Semester.
2. If you want to take four or more credits in Mini-, or seven or more credits in First or Second Term (not to exceed a total of 15 credits total): 2008 Request for Overload
3. If you withdraw past the refund deadline and feel there are extenuating. Circumstances that warrant partial reimbursement: 2008 Appeal Form/Request for Reimbursement (Appeal Board meets the last day of each month in Summer to review requests).
